Contact us at the wall mounted electric fire store

AUTUMN UPDATE

12-10-2020
by Chris Eltham

Hi,

We hope you are all keeping safe and well during this tremendously difficult time for us all.

We here at the wall mounted electric fire store have been and will be operating as per normal during this crisis.

It has been a difficult time for everyone and now going into the peak selling season and Christmas we wanted to share some things with our customers both past, present and future.

Shipments from our suppliers are being slowed down, this is due to many different factors which are out of everyone but the shipping companies control.

We will continue to offer en-route items at a discount, a preorder, something we have always done over the past 10 years with great success - a wall mounted fire is often purchased as part of a project and isn`t needed straight away so customers can benefit from heavily discounted fireplaces in return for waiting for them to arrive. We always put approx delivery dates on the product pages next to the price schedules - these have usually been met but at present we are seeing some delays - so please note that these are only approximations - nothing is going to be more than a few weeks different but we at present hope you understand that these are only approximations until the stock is close to landing to us.

We will update these as and when we get further info.

Our in stock items are ready to go. We are still shipping our wall mounted electric fires daily via Parcelforce or Pallet Service depending on the fire.

Local deliveries are considered to be close to on time now, but this may well change with the onset of peak and also the increase in COVID cases and restrictions from the Government.

It`s not the time for the hard sell, but it is an ideal time to stay insider, do some DIY in the safety of your own home and one of our electric fires is the ideal purchase to add some brightness to what at present is a fairly bleak outlook for the coming months,

Above all, stay sensible, and stay safe from us all.

Chris - MD
