Item arrived within the specified delivery dates but was damaged in transit. An email to the supplier was answered promptly and when the representative called she was very courteous and helpful. New product was dispatched immediately and arrived on time. easy installation instructions and a good product. I have no issues with recommending this company.

Not had my fire fitted yet, as I'm having my living room done up, but I have tested the fire to see if it's in working order and it's perfect, came very well packaged, and super fast delivery, can't wait to see it on my wall, many thanks

Really pleased , just what I wanted easy control for heat or just flame have put it in my dinning room replacing an old gas fire. Good price.
